The attention of the hotel staff is superb! The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable, the facilities supremely comfortable and well located. From the hotel it is easy to go to any destination you want to visit. Like any company that provides service, the essential thing is that your staff is clear about the objective and its important task. I think the management of the hotel was able to achieve that concept, so they made my vacations unforgettable. I want to take this opportunity to send a big hug to Roman, Irvin, Diego, Alejandra, Victor, Ramon, Jorge, Cesar, Rene, Rebecca, Lili, Severiand, and if I forget someone, thank you for all. The hotel has good facilities, the services are the most important especially the staff that attends, the restaurants have good presentation both in furniture and in the distribution of them and the decoration so nice of the different places.
Advice on the rooms: I really like the rooms on the third floor because they are further from the noise
